Ta kulka sprężynowa w środku jest hitem. Jak zamawiałam shaker to nawet nie zwróciłam uwagi na fakt, że coś takiego będzie w zestawie. Mieszanie wychodzi idealnie. Jeszcze nie korzystałam poza domem, ale myślę, że idealnie sprawdzi się w przypadku, kiedy bierzesz shake na siłownię jako przekąskę po ćwiczeniach. Białko może osiąść na dnie jak jest w torbie i zostać na ściankach, a ponowne wymieszanie bez tej kulki nie będzie tak efektywne.
